Individuals who wish to provide public comment remotely may submit a Public Comment Request Form online at: www.yakimawa.gov/council/public-comment no later than two hours prior to the start of the meeting. If you wish to provide public comment in-person, fill out a "Request for Appearance" form and hand it to the City Clerk before you address City Council.

Public Comment


There will be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half (2 1/2) minutes per speaker in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. Written communication and e-mail messages are strongly encouraged. State law prohibits electioneering at City facilities. During Public Comment, speakers cannot campaign for or against candidates or support or oppose any ballot measure in any upcoming election.
